With the promulgation of the Law Number 5 of 1986 on the Indonesian Administrative Court, the Republic has been better equipped for the settlement of any and all disputes concerning maladministration of the state power. The Law has been amended by the Law No. 9 of 2004 on the Amendment of the Law Number of the Law Number 5 of 1986 on the Indonesian Administrative Court. Thereby the authority holder as well the general public were better positioned in facing any all misdeeds by those authority holder. If both the authority holders and the general public understand and implement such Laws properly, we may expected the realization of legal and democratic life in this republic.rnrnKeywords: Administrative Court, Legality, Democratic Life.
