Under the pressure of juridification, the parties to a dispute prefer to solve their grief though the Court. But with the passing of time, people become aware of the higher cost and longer time required for solving a dispute through the Court. Accordingly, they return to the traditional method of dispute resolution, that nowadays termed, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). One of the method of ADR is arbitration, namely to disolve through the established Arbitration body. The Goverment of Indonesia has also pay attention to the issue of arbitration by promulgating the Law Number 30 of 1999 on Arbitration.
