Perlindungan Hukum Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia ke Luar Negeri (Begawan Abioso)
This article describes the present day conditions of migraine workers from Indonesian, both concerning their treatment before being placed at transit locations and their conditions during waiting time. Despite improvement in legal regulations, namely by the promulgation of the Law number 39 of the 2004 regarding The Manpower, the real practice of the workers still being detrimental to their cause.
