This article describes an important element in the business rule of game, namely the issue of trade mark. This issue has been given consideration by the Government of Indonesia through the promulgation of the Law Number 21 of 1961 concerning the Corporate and Trading Mark. In conformance with the rapid development of economy and legal science, such Law has been revoked by the Law Number 19 of 1992 concerning the Trade Mark, as then amended by the Law Number 15 of 2001 on the Trade Mark.
