Research should that patient care agreement conducted in Harapan Kita Hospital Jakarta has fulfilled legally agreement requirement as laid down in Article 1320 Crime Code and it was existed since there was an agreement between the doctor and patient's family signed in a letter of agreement between them. As a consequent, there was a right and obligation between doctor and patient's family. if the obligation between them is not fulfilled, there will be a responsibility among them and one of the can give, however, it is usually solved in a family way and deliberation. The problems faced is that the requirements of the agreement are not fulfilled. There is also language problem with the doctor to explain patient's disease. The solution is to explain by using common language that easily understood by the patient's family.
